The 5-day tour is the middle option: one extra day to rest and enjoy the surroundings, without extending the trip too much.
The 6-day tour spreads the same route over shorter stages (~7 km/day), with more time to rest, swim in the river and connect with indigenous communities. It is the most physically accessible option.
