The sale, advertising, and promotion of tourist services aimed at the abuse and sexual exploitation of minors are not allowed.
Discriminatory, disrespectful, threatening, defamatory, intimidating behavior, or any other conduct that could in any way infringe upon the freedom of belief or individual expression of our internal and external clients is not permitted.
It is prohibited for sales advisors or any employee of the agency to request any type of commission, money, or incentives from suppliers.
Behaviors that imply privileged or discriminatory treatment or that provide direct or indirect personal benefits must be avoided.
Complaints or disputes between agency employees must not be perceived by the client.
Clients may make payments for tourist services before starting the tour in the following ways:
In-person: Payments can be made in cash or by debit or credit card.
Online: Via a payment link sent to the client’s email.
Other methods: Deposit, bank transfer, Efecty, or Baloto payment points.
If the client wishes to make a reservation through the Agency’s website, they must make a 10% payment at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
The Agency accepts payments in Colombian pesos, U.S. dollars, and euros. *Payments made in foreign currencies will be reviewed according to the daily TRM exchange rate.
At Guías y Baquianos Tours, extending credit to clients is strictly prohibited.
The quality of the tourism product or service is guaranteed primarily through excellent customer service, the efficiency in providing information, and the quick response to clients’ requests. This includes the attention provided by the guides to the tourists and the safety and information given to them, as well as personal and commercial references from clients who have used the agency’s services.

As established by this Law, all individuals must prevent, block, combat, and report the exploitation, lodging, use, publication, dissemination of images, texts, documents, audiovisual files, the improper use of global information networks, or the establishment of telematic links of any kind related to pornographic material or activities involving minors.
In compliance with Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, the agency informs tourists that the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors in the country are penalized and administratively sanctioned according to current laws.
